What is Oil Pulling?
Oil pulling is the practice of swishing oil in your mouth for 20 minutes. It is an Ayurvedic practice which says that oil pulling is capable of improving oral and systemic health.
What oil should you use?
Coconut oil is the best because it has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, & anti-inflammatory properties.
How much to use?
1 tsp to a tbs. I suggest using a tsp to start and try to make it for at least 10 minutes and work up to 20 minutes.

Oil pulling helps eliminate:

When to do it?
When you are checking emails in the morning
Driving to work, errands, picking up the kids (driving is my favorite time to do it)
